What to Check First

  1. Select Your Refrigerator Model: Door in Door French door Side by Side Bottom Freezer Top Freezer.
  2. Is the control panel inside or outside the refrigerator? Inside Outside.
  3. Please select the control panel image that resembles the one on your product. Models with Water Filters Models without Water Filters.
  4. Top Freezer Your temperature control can be located in the back of the freezer and / or the back of refrigerator body Please select the temperature control image that resembles the one on your product. Cold to Coldest Touch Pad, Fridge and Freezer Cold to Coldest Touch Pad Cold to Coldest Dial Min to Max Dial.
  5. Vertical Control Panel To adjust the temperature settings, press the [Refrigerator] or [Freezer] button repeatedly to lower the temperature one degree at a time. After it reaches the lowest setting, it will cycle around to the highest. Note Control panel layout can vary depending on your model.
  6. For all LG refrigerators, always change the setting one increment at a time, and wait 24 hours for the temperature to stabilize before making additional adjustments.
