What to Check First
- The drain pump filter is clogged.
- The drain hose is pressed or kinked.
- The drain hose is frozen.
- 1. Prepare a pan or a container for collecting water. Open the access cover on the lower front of the washer.
- 2. Take out the residual water draining hose and drain water into the prepared container. Use caution as the water may be hot.
- 3. Turn the cap of the pump to remove the drain filter. Use a toothbrush to clean the filter.
- 4. Reassemble all components correctly after cleaning and close the access cover.
- 1. Remove the drain hose from the drain. Power on the washer and perform a Spin cycle.
- 2. If water flows out of the drain hose, the drain hole may be clogged. Please clean the drain.
- 3. If water does not drain from the hose, inspect the drain filter and the drain pump. Clean the drain filter. If the issue persists after cleaning the drain filter, please request service.
